The Philippine Army is announcing the recruitment of Candidate Soldiers (CS) for the year 2013.
In a Letter Directive dated 11 February 2013, the Army has approved the CS quota of 3,000 recruits who will be trained in the various training institutions nationwide.
The screening of applicants is delegated to Infantry Divisions and other major subordinate units like the First Scout Ranger Regiment, Special Forces, Training and Doctrine Command, Light Armor Division, Army Artillery Regiment and Engineering Brigades.
The order of priority for recruitment are as follows:
1. Qualified professionals;
2. Graduates of MS43 and Advanced ROTC;
3. College graduates;
4. With 72 units in college
5. High school graduates who have technical and/or vocational skills that are supported by a certification from the employer or at least 1 year work experience.
