DRAGON SALUTE. Members of the Philippine Army Dragon Boat Team and the world-famous Pinoy Dragon Warriors raised their paddles to salute the residents of Sagrada Familia village in Masantol, Pampanga during our disaster response operations in the area on October 2, 2011. Most coastal towns in Pampanga and Bulacan were submerged by floodwaters leaving thousands of people stranded.
